A dedication to Ernesto "Che" Guevara

The fire still burns!
Into the depths of many oceans
Gone by, bearing the turbulence
Of human kind, staring thus into
The future, were your eyes

...to many now, just a face on a
Teeshirt, but undoubtedly with its
Illuminating light, alike to a secular
Christ

The mountains of Bolivia still cry
The drops of the tears scream aloud
The possibility of another world

Many Vietnams have arisen; tongs of fire
On the breasts of the big satan that ascribes
"America" to its northern arrogance of united
Idiocy

Their temples today quake, their priests eat unleavened
Bread
and your blood soaks the earth, igniting fires that
Will consume them

The new man, the new woman, the new world
Will be born, on these trenches you left
...at these barricades we still defend

You died not in vain Che
Our battle cry remains;
Viva la Revolucion!
