Dear Baba Aye,

Many thanks for your well thought out email. Legitimate as your enquiries are, none of us undertook the Rapporteurs' assignment. One great lawyer Odewale volunteered, declined at the last minute. Another great Lawyer Hillary Ogbona out of the richness of his heart stepped in at short notice. So the list consisted of:

Great Dr. Otive Igbuzor posted a good report the same day; those to submit reports were named and we can only but wait till it is ready....because na free (volunteer) work.... we no fit cane them....as the Niger Deltans say in pidgin because them be adults. If we had more people resident in Nigeria volunteering, this might have been avoided.

Great Dr Sam Amadi had his own schedule and has delivered. I also delivered. Otive did.
